While I don't follow CYRX that much these days and have sold some shares, still very bullish on the company and the industry that it services.. The problem, management .
You have to seriously ask yourselves, looking for money again!!!
Why is the company so aggressively seeking conversion of the warrants now? The positives, non dilution and cleaning up of the cap table.
The negatives, serial capital raises.. Ever since that Deuctsche news surfaced, volume dried up..
Unfortunately CYRX is telling the markets, our stock is trading in the 8's but we are willing to take $3.57 a share.. I would rather see the warrant holders benefit before all others.. With no news in 4 months and Q4 financials on the horizon, doesn't say much that the company could not wait..
