ISRG has a monopoly and will continue to dominate. But they are merely the trailblazer and validator of this space.

Trxc is junk, but others like SPORT will come and there is plenty of room in this growing sandbox. Many despise ISRG and are just waiting for anything similar or better (SPORT) to come along.

Until then, ISRG will continue its domination.
