LOL I remember when it was slated for late 2016...... THEN 2017.....

They are going to issue Boatloads of new shares in more toxic loans before it will see the light of day....

PSID LOSES MILLIONS every quarter, (a HUGE portion of the expense/ losses are exec comphesation)
