From reading the "NOTICE MEETING" and
"MANAGEMENT INFORMATION CIRCULAR"
It looks to me like all of the big insider positions for Newstike stock are going to be receiving a "Percentage of CanniMed on a Pro Forma Basis of 34.6%.
