Learned years ago what this sucker was about. He got me once on his scam. But ever since I’ve been scalping and shorting his ticker and made it back and then some ;) Continue to all the way down to his next reverse split considering he already raised authorized. Wash rinse repeat. Dude has zero regard for his shareholders. Look at all his past reverse splits.
