Speculation runs rampart on this board, so let me put my two cents in.

"Unique Pizza and Subs Corp". will change it's name to "Unique Products Corp".
WHY: Their PR in Sept. last year indicated they have " key deals with HIGH PROFILE partners to grow our brands"
I don't believe it involves the PIZZA business. They don't have any" Pizza & Sub" stores open, no one is going to pay $100,000.00 plus to purchase a franchise from a company that does not have a store open. The pizza store business is dead.
As other posters have mentioned,  they may develop a MJ Sauce, this could be combined with the salsa brand.
They increased the authorized shares to purchase "Christopher Street Products" , this company has a retail exposure which could be expanded.

Just my speculation.
