not necessarily. They can report them in financials but we only have the period ending September 2017 as the latest filing. And the acquiring of assets will be with convertible preferred shares so those wont hit the market for a year i believe. They just updated like the last 2 years of filings in november so the picture is still developing...but 100mil in assets(if finalized, which all indications are it will) would have this very undervalued. even with some additions dilution this still has an attractive SS
