Under budget means a lower down payment= less O/S dilution. I don't care about A/S dilution if they don't issue them out. Makes it easier to do a share reduction later without a R/S also. The stars are lining up, if you see it then buy up or stay in, if not might as well sell and move on... won't hurt my feelings!
