Because all three have the same CEO...and he made a deal with the Fund to aquire them. Some of us have actually contacted the fund and they have verified that all three have signed the LOI and they see no reason for it not to get done. It is easier to aquire the assets of this size through multiple companies. Wouldn't be surprised if you see these companies merge here in the future. setting the groundwork for big things. VICT is already a revenue producing company with millions of cash on hand. some dilution is expected but yesterday there was no sign of it after the big T-Trade on Tuesday...could have been the last of it? technicals and momentum pointing towards a continuation today.
