I added this to show I wasn't just blowing smoke but it is something I was expecting over half a century ago.

I might have underestimated the problems a wee bit.

That is in the nature of scientific advance. DaVinci's helicopter drawings were judged by experts to provide an adequate machine except for details of extras like a method of propulsion that took centuries since to develop.

I most assuredly do not propose electronic computers are obsolete today nor even that they most certainly will be. Devilishly hard to make particles of energy do what comes natural to matter, which is just another form of something or other.
