Well, I don't claim to be a lawyer. But I do know that dark company registered shares cannot get unregistered without sufficient disclosure, there are risks regarding stock sales by affiliates, and there is no way IDLM's lawyers would allow shares to get issued to the public without some sort of disclosure. Here is some good reading: https://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/ellenoff-going-dark.pdf.

And the last thing Frasier wants to do is to have more shareholders. He hates the fact that he already has some. He doesn't want more.

Back when I was in better communication with company, it was Frasier's position that he didn't need any capital, so he wasn't going to issue any shares. Of course, that begs the question of why he went public in the first place. On that topic, I think he was basically suckered into it. He mistakenly thought he was going to end up with many millions of dollars in his pocket -- and he was too clueless to ask about how exactly that was going to happen.

I am obviously NOT an investment advisor.
