The poison forum talk of lawyers. It's all hot air. Most of them don't have two nickels to rub together, or they live with just enough money for living expenses with a little left over to save, and they think they're gonna get a group together willing to spend tens of thousands on an action that has no guarantees? That would put ECPN permanently out of business? That's laughable! They're broke small frys. Or very middle class people wanting to get rich quick. But I'd expect that from a naive penny stock holder base. That's why they play penny stocks! Soon enough they'll have nothing to moan about.

Or they're the people who want to stop mining in NM. They're on that forum too. Looking to stir up trouble in the hopes of bankrupting the company. That well known environmental activist tactic won't work. And it's too late, especially with Trump in office. Like I said - they'll never get broke or middle-class shareholders to pony up. Pony up 50 - 100K and years in court. Mining is happening in Capitan, so they just need to accept it.
