Out of curiosity, I sent the writer of the Suntech mass production article an e-mail about the relationship between Suntech and Natcore to inquire about her research for the article. Here is her reply:

"Many thanks for your email. According to Suntech, they are using their own technology. Natcore is mentioned in the article in relation to background information on black silicon. As such, as far as I’m aware, Suntech is not using Natcore’s technology!"
