I did some more research on the Internet. It seems Frank Underhill Sr. is still alive and running Underhill Securities in Las Vegas. I found an informative interview he gave in 2012. (link is below) This interview lets you get inside his head as to how he learned to run mining operations. Start paying close attention around the 12 minute mark. He says some very interesting things which could explain his current business strategy regarding Hellix Ventures.
