So we're looking at plural SIM card partners. Hmmmmmm..........lets see. If just AT&T then I'd say $.25 easy. BUT, this is plural sim's with 2 S's. Let's all do the math together then.

If AT&T then $.25 minimum.
If Verizon then $.25 minimum.
If Sprint then $.25 minimum.
If T-Mobile then $.25 minimum.

If just one then $.25 minimum.
If any two then $.50 minimum.
If any three then $.75 minimum.
If all four then $1.00 minimum.
