And you might want to play semantics as to whether or not this was "new" dilution, but it definitely was dilution. Two million more shares is dilution and that's why the stock price fell. Not manipulation. It's simple supply and demand. That's basic Market101. More stock shares on the market, the price falls. It's that simple. No need to make up any manipulation excuse. This stock was a dead dog today while bios in general were up very nicely.
