Solaris and or VERT/oreva capital had been acquiring undervalued media assets for some time.
Speculation I guess would say that MIG would be a good fit based on its initial popularity and user base. Not to mention the connections with Foxconn etc through Mr Goh.
However the deal was terminated, it worked better for us SPCL shareholders not to dilute.
I believe the deal was merely put in place to utilize the resources that MIG has in house to assist in accelerating some developments of the Pixelmags platform or other related Vert capital Oreva plays.
Overall no ongoing talks that I’m aware of between MIG and SPCL.
I believe TNEN However seems to be the vehicle for MIG to enter the US market. And what a great year to do so.
The part that does intrigue me is the kryptonite and crypto connection. If the TNEN were connected to SPCL through MIG and that was corporates intention, then I’d say we may have a monster flying under the radar. NOT TNEN, but ....
I digress, GLTA here
