I agree. 95 percent plus cases are resolved within a 5 year timeframe. Also the settlements are smaller on average the closer to the mean settlement time you get and the larger settlements most often happen between 1 and 2 years. Once criminal intent is removed from hma and the execs are found to have most of the responsibility the settlement should reflect the outcome of the current findings on wheather or not hma as an entity should be criminally responsible.
