Yes. There has been no vote and clearly there will only be a vote in the shareholders favor. This is trading much higher then it was and will get renegotiated. Nothing fishy about cannimed buying out a successful company to expand. Look at any historical buyout and show me a vote that voted for shareholders to take a lose. Yeah can't find it..... soon as it gets voted on it will probably get halted until they sort the books out for themselves and shareholders. All my opinion but I dont see it going any other way but well.
