Well, what matters is what the trades are at and that's $.0001. It won't change until Milligan bothers to address shareholders on the direction of the company. Hopefully, for long suffering shareholders, he says something that'll spark some interest so people can dump out of this failed ticker.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
