Yes the are legit. Their design is the "only" reason the permits were signed off. The also offer 85% of the financing as long as the company comes up with the initial 15%... Hence the toxic financing/share increase. All in all at the end of the day the shares won't be $3-5 anymore with the increase, only $1.50-2.50 range imo. That still will do my family and I very well with about 600,000 shares invested.
