That is incorrect. Those regulations govern the content of the financial and the form in which they are filed...not whether they are filed.

The easy comment is just to say they were suspended for non-filing. Saying they are being suspended for violations to regulations that govern form and content make it seem as if they were doing something wrong or committing some kind of fraud other than just not filing.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
