TRTC will prob be sold by 2020..I know Derek says he is open to that suggestion if the deal is right for them.

But back to your question...most longs with >100k in shares would rather have had the company diluted less and grown more organically and have the pps reach $2.50 naturally alittle slower.

Then having 100,000 shares at $2.50 = $250,000

if you had a 10 to 1 rs at say .25 ( which i hope only a 5 to 1)

Your 100,000 shares at .25 -> rs = 10,000 x $2.50 = $25,000

SO its the difference of buying a new house and a new car.

And usually a RS dips in value after the first day...Maybe not the case in this new industry, but who knows? right?
