Ask yourself this.

Would you put 50k-100k into a building your renting to upgrade electric, HVAC, and whatever else is needed to house 1000 rigs? Into a building you don't own? Hell no.

You don't have buildings just sitting around capable of the KWs needed for 1500 rigs. All of these mining companies are paying outrageous prices to rent the few buildings with that type of capacity.

Maybe steve is on to something here. Especially with China banning mining. We may have one heck of a valuable asset here. Bet it is quite a lucrative market right now to find large scale mining space.
