Yep I’ve read it all. The post back to 2015 and all the crazy past. So always in penny-land you need to exercise caution. Agree 100%!

My thing though is the company was dormant for over a decade. The Authorized is 150 mill so he SS doesn’t matter to me. Also a Reverse Split with the proper Merger doesn’t matter to me either. I just Love our Accountant is the EVIO CFO so clearly he did his own DD and must feel we are ok. So I feel we are ok as well. Worth the risk here imo.
