The only news that could possibly start a reversal for this ticker is for the 77.5 million share note due April to convert @ .08 being paid off. But sadly we all know that's not going to happen. Heck they just lost 40% of their revenue stream from a non paying contract (most likely the only kind they can get, high risk.)
