Please people look at the cash flow numbers. A dividend is just not in the cards right now. First the loan, then a reduction in collateral shares, then construction of MF (completion of Phase 1 and build-out Phase 2), then hopefully a listing and then a divy. Stop getting peoples hope's up they will only become more discourage later down the road.
