FDBL doesn't need to be "saved", cause was never intended to be anything. The Rositano's just wanted unsuspecting investors to think they had a genius App in the works, when they were just blowing smoke to sell more worthless stock. The 1-tick flippers probably made some quick $$ of those who fell for it, but I'm sure a lot of innocent people lost. Watch The Wolf of Wallstreat and it'll give a good idea of how scams like this work.
