Calgary, Alberta – NovaTeqni Corporation ("
NovaTeqni or the "Corporation") (TSXV: NTQ) is pleased
to announce that it is proposing to complete a non-
brokered private placement of units (each, a "Unit") at
a price of $0.17 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each Unit is proposed to consist of one common share in the capital of NovaTeqni (a "Common Share
") and one transferrable common share purchase warrant (a "
Warrant"). Each Warrant may be exercised to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.23 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance of the Warrant. The financing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. NovaTeqni may pay finder's fees to eligible persons in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies. NovaTeqni intends to use the net proceeds of this private placement
