O'Leary stated the following:
"At least one Scottsdale company selected as finalist to design border wall
At least one Arizona company, however, says they were told they were moving on as a finalist.
Dennis O’Leary, CEO of Scottsdale’s DarkPulse Technologies, says their proposal was chosen to proceed to phase two of the selection process."
Once again O'Leary - this article was written before the companies that were selected to build a prototype were named - and DarkPulse wasn't selected.
More yammering from O'Leary:
"Fox 10's Courtney Griffin talked one local company who says they are who President Trump is looking for to build the border wall.
CEO Dennis O'Leary of DarkPulse Technologies in Scottsdale says they're now in phase two of the selection process.
Each company was evaluated in different areas. The biggest part was what they call 'past performance.' What we have done previous both in government contracts and more importantly, physical security," said O'Leary."
What government contracts he just obtained a DUNS number for a non-existent Scottsdale office.
With O'Leary it is likely ways unnamed companies.
