We invest in stock we believe will increase in value (shorting excluded here). If a company is willing to make an investment for an amount of X there is a perception that the stock’s value is X. Additionally, there is expectations that the value of X will increase in time. This stock has to be very close or at .20. I do not see any reason for ARGS not to keep trending up past .20 now. But, it should be at.20!
