......FC at $400 (now about $428) vs FC at $250 p/s..........using 200,000 shares.....................basically saved frankie $30mm in cash........towards the $125mm total pay-in for the nappy-headed uwbi hos..........smart biz........

.....and the FDIC got 'martinez'.........has the equitable right which trumps (ahem!!!) the legal right to any--M-F/--ing thing it wants.......bigger than roe v. wade........imo.........huge........the FDIC now gets everything................too weird................

......but we might have to sit in our slop, getting crazy (crazier) for another couple of years..........................

.....smart folks settle.......FDIC would be idiots to allow the martinez decision to get appealed.............insanity to not settle with haynes...............whatever...........F/- 'em both................
