Even if he has over 50% of the shares, if proven that he failed with his basic fiduciary duties, and, this is very easy to prove, he can be obligated to quit as a CEO.

I have already over 300 documents(many emails exchanged with him) and screenshots of posts here, with emails from him too, that prove without a doubt that he lied, and, continues to lie to his shareholders, causing big losses to them, intentionaly.

I am also 99% sure that he commited a crime on that $183K loan. And that's why he did not want to talk about it when you sent several questions to the CC, and, on the PR he did not even say the name of the entity that gave him that money.

He made what is called an "under the table" deal with the creditor, at the expense of the shareholders, causing a big loss to the company, and, to the shareholders, to his own profit "later".
