The SEC Suspension was ~16 months ago....472 days ago but the bonehead cites the "holidays" as his excuse for the delays.

The SEC gave him 14 days to respond whereas I would have given them 14 minutes and then I would have revoked their stock registration(s).

Oh to be an SEC Admin Law Judge, things would move a lot faster.
