On 10/17/17 Moore replied 2me,that they're in "active negotiations" and can't divulge details, about status of LOI; a week earlier he'd said,
"ioSafe is a small data storage company in Auburn and IDDR is currently a strategic partner with a complimentary product.
The owners and principals of ioSafe is currently not public information."
So I did some digging and came up with the DD I've shared -- he is CEO of IoSafe, whether or not owner or who is -- see prev. post. I find it very curious that the entangled relationship between IDDR and IoSafe was not revealed in their PR's, even 8K's that I recall (? someone quote from it and correct me if I'm wrong, PLEASE).
Also another iHubber helped by finding on Google-Earth that addresses seem to be same as IoSafe's manufacturing/ storage facility in Auburn.
That's 3 mos. ago and all we can see is dilution, dilution, on the pretext of a Merger & Acquisition, IoSafe being the only one named.
The others e.g. deals with Bravatek are just marketing arrangements, commission-based from what I can make out.
As Moore correctly states, IoSafe is not a public company, investors have or consider buying shares of IDDR, so it's their responsibility to reply to investors. For a brief time they had an IR guy whom I did speak with and got him to tell CEO Andrej (whatever) to update the O/S=A/S=SS every two weeks on OTC, then he quit, didn't seem to have more info than the bland PR's anyway.
So I guess I'm sort of responsible for at least getting the O/S updated.
Since these contacts, just silence.
That is not very reassuring indeed.
Last OTC update was 12/18, overdue.
