again, that is if you believe the unbelievable here. lol otherwise, the point of raising capital is moot without more convertible debt here. they have no operating capital. i would not be surprised if they have already issued another couple hundred thousand in notes that have already started converting. not at all surprised. what we do know is that they have 2 billion outstanding and nearly all 2 billion in the float.
