OHRP another pharma that had a drug fail to meet its end point. It will be dead for about a year until they get another drug to "test". The run up was in anticipation of the drug being successful. But only 13% of new drugs are approved by the FDA. Holding until the results of any drug is a very low odds game.

The way to play these little pharma's is to get in as a new study gets underway and to get out before the results.
