They added every fantasy number and multiplied by 3 for willful infringement. They are NOT going to get any willful infringement. They are putting forth a vigorous defense in each case.
I think Symantec case is a max of around $50M now. I think they found the winning strategy. If they lose this case, every company will have the roadmap to beat them.
Can't believe there is no volume today. Hardly anybody follows this. I almost wish I had more shares so I could sell them... lol.
The hard part will be trying not to get sucked back in above $2. I think I will wait for $1.60 - $1.80 depending on if they have any prospects for another pop once they drop that low.
