Hi Alan. Without revenue, isn't continued share selling the only way to keep the doors open and give some semblance of value to the shares? Aren't shareholders stuck? If I had a vote, I would say yes to the proposal, as like you say, without revenue and no funding through debt or equity, the doors close. If voting no means closed doors and zero value in equity, wouldn't voting yes and postponing for a potential hail-mary be the only choice? Truly a rock and a hard place but voting no kind of seems like cutting your nose off to spite your face.
