It most likely isn't insider selling, it's that note that was converted in to shares, and by my math should be paid off and out by now. MAXM used the selling to short it down. If the selling is over when MAXM has to cover we should see a nice move higher. I think $0.10 is a good base for a move to the next level. I'll add a ton more if I can get anything under $0.10.
