ASCM is now a normal MM like any other MM, they are no longer shorting

That being said, they are currently on top of the bid accumulating

The MMs have Level 3 and can see the ask is very thin to .14

That's why VATE moved from .08 to .14 last Thursday on only 700,000 shares traded in under 30 minutes

Nobody with any investing talent is selling VATE here

Instead, it is under intense accumulation below .09 because the MMs know that above that level there isn't any significant amount of shares for sale

So if the MMs can keep the stock trading below .09, they can cause some selling from inexperienced traders and soak up those shares on the bid

This tactic won't work for very much longer, however, as sellers are drying up

A break of .09 starts the 2nd leg up here
