67M=dumped AH @BELOW.0001,only 1.5M traded @.0001,trying to keep it afloat, they have more dilution to do B4 they can allow it to stay @no-bid, so they're adding "blockchain" in their co. description wording now but it's the same-old/same-old with catchy wording.

BVTK and Tom Cellucci seem better at helping the cred of co's they associate with (particularly if those co's have favorable SS) than themselves but BVTK's also finally on a deserved upswing after mentioning blockchain involvement... with another co.

Will it rebound? There's been buying small amounts @.0002 to keep it alive. They've almost milked the shell to death more than once but they're still not close to maxing out the A/S of 10B;
52M 1's back on Ask, will they sell'em and rinse-repeat;

Depends what's going on with IoSafe acquisition which is the stated reason for diluting this to death

IoSafe and IDDR both located in same town near Sacramento, possibly sharing address... these "negotiations" have been continuing since Oct. -- so what's the real scoop with that LOI?

any up from here small solace for those down 1000% from .017 in a few months but that is the only chance to recover, so longs can hope: however JMO's even if there's an R/S this will live again to dilute another day, there will be a post-R/S bounce and more news and who knows: this has been a real roller-coaster.
