A reverse split is not beneficial to anyone at this time. I wish people would stop bringing it up. Derek said on the Q3 call that he has no intentions of doing it. He put it to a vote in case a reason to do it arises they'd be ready to pull the trigger instead of calling it to a vote when they need it. He has stated very clearly he sees no reason to reverse split, and I agree with him. I prefer the additional shares over having less shares and the stock is effectively the same value.
