I told you of the obscure filing when they brought in the "jury expert" and she is the one that did the opening statement. She is brilliant and a master at taking technical things and making them relatable to a jury.
Wish I heard the whole thing instead of the synapsis. I think it is a winning strategy to say Finjan's patents are outdated and actually expired last year. While there may be some similarities, they can't possibly anticipate over 20 years of changes and are no longer relevant.
I really believe Finjan loses this case entirely. Will be interesting.
