As far as I'm concerned, ARCA is a sure sign of a big buyer. ARCA is an ECN, and the last time I checked they charge retail traders $.01 per share to use it. So seeing ARCA on an OTC stock we can be 99.999% sure it's a MM or institutional buyer.
*Trade Architect users: ARCA does not display on Ameritrade Trade Architect! When I have $LBTD on both TA and Etrade Pro at the same time he's not there on TA! His price doesn't even show up on the L1 quote. ET Pro, not an issue at all.
I have called TDA about this and they basically say "yeah, too bad, we're not going to fix it".
