Tech company developing technology based products for the Biometrics, Payments, Elections and Internet sectors. "NovaTeqni is focused on creating intellectual property and value through innovation. NovaTeqni also develops technology based products from concept or user requirement to prototype or production as required.".

Pertinent Facts;
Company is CURRENT, audited and verified, has been around 25+ years with offices around the world. Has some VERY big clients including the United Nations, US Navy, IBM, Honeywell, etc. In 2017 they expressed a intent of focusing on both Blockchain and international Elections, which should be significant business for them in 2018 and beyond.

Current trading range (as of 01/09/2018) - .175-.21.

NVTQF has only been trading on the OTCQB since September, with the low being around .145, and very consistent accumulation for months between .15-.20. In October, the share price ran up to .30 with even more obvious accumulation, however it has since peeled back and has been trading in the .18-.25 range ever since. On the HIGHEST volume day, only around 800k shares were traded. So this is still completely under the radar and undiscovered (for the time being).

This is a REAL and long-standing company with ACTUAL blockchain products in place, and new technology being developed. Unlike some of the SCAMS with absurd share structures currently popping up to enter the Blockchain arena, this company has a very favorable share structure of which the CEO owns 46% of the O/S. In fact, he just signed a deal to accept 2.5 Million shares of common stock in exchange for a $380k debt owed to him (given the shares roughly .15 value). This agreement/deal was closed in December and under terms he is not able to sell any shares for 4 months from its closing. It is my opinion that he would NOT have accepted that deal unless he expected those shares to be worth significantly more by then, and especially in 2018.
