this really shouldn't be all that hard to understand..phase 2 of the army contract is worth $921k..back in july the army coughed up over $400k of that $921k..today, they coughed up the rest..

that's it..thats all there is to it..

in the august 2nd pr, kim said this..."announced that the U.S. Army awarded the optional phase of its contract with the Company valued at more than $900,000."

that is entirely accurate..kblb was awarded the optional phase of the contract and it was worth over $900k...I, along with everyone else, assumed the money would be given all at once..it wasn't..we were able to know that by the 10q that came out showing $400k instead of $900k.. it was cut in half with half then and half now..why kim didn't say so in the first place is anyones guess..maybe he didn't even know..you wonder why I always said he was an idiot?...

were there certain parameters that had to be met in order for the army to release the 2nd $400k?..beats me..but it does seem logical..

there are better ways for kim to have dealt with the pr and the entire situation..but he chose to handle this in the same manner he always has..why is everyone now surprised?..

I suspect this the first pr of a few that will be released..just a wag..
