Well said 3 pointer- I know this man and there is much, much more to him than initially meets the eye....in over 9 years have not seen him miss by much on anything....regulatory learning curve? Yes...but he learned and didnt quit or even falter in the face of overwhelming barriers and pressures and morons. All while having NO money for things that were desperately needed with crucial timing....so always clawing and scratching for $$$, with the money late and in the Pharma game which is fraught with killers who have 100’s of millions in cash and powerful lobbyists.
All credit to Andy Whelan and every past and present good BIEL consultant and service provider. Only wish legal counsel, who died so suddenly last year and Ed Whelan were here to see NHS and the rest of the end game unfold.....
