It’s all just a P&D game. These OTC securities like SMCE have officers & “Advisors” who often fabricate a story to create volume and inflate prices in order to dump shares on the unaware traders who either don't perform DD, perform less than thorough DD, and/or think regulatory agencies will protect them from scams.
