That's why this issue is still a lottery ticket. Past performance? I hear you. But there have been some surprises: influx of new money 16 months ago or so, Heddle selling assets (real estate) to keep afloat, fully reporting (why do that?), plus 2 new BOD seated, and now this "master agreement."

The agreement is with a guy whose been able to raise big money for such projects in the past, but apparently chose the wrong horse.
Let's see what he can do this time, with China barring waste plastic, oil above 60, and a permitted technology that beats others hands down.

How come Heddle isn't at the conference with the other four outfits? Beats me, I hope one of the new BOD is giving him a Brain beating.
